Join us for a two day Bulerias workshop with “Cachito” Jose Diaz and Diego Alvarez at Clinard Dance Studio 1729 S. Halsted on Aug 8th and 9th , 8-9:30p. After signing up participants will receive an audio file of three letras por Bulerias to listen to in advance of the workshop.

The workshop is designed to listen to or dance/listen to the letras “on the spot” to hone a dancer’s ability to respond to the variables/phrasing of bulerias letras and to make “choices” of where to apply “steps” (aka remates, llamadas, marking steps).

Dancers, guitars, singers of all levels welcome!
